+1 yI’m a leader. Just look at my followers. Simples. The key to becoming a leader is create an account on GaG. Answer lots of questions at a high rate of MHO. Not that hard by the way. I see yours is currently brilliant.
Once you’ve done this, you get tons of followers to lead. They are, of course, all exemplary GaG users. Well, except for the spammers but that is easy enough to take care of.
To deal with those guys and gals, just become a mod. Again, easy peasy. Just be good at reporting trolls. There are a plenty of them to go around. Once you’ve got your ‘m’. Just rinse and repeat until you get that ‘u’.
That sorted, just freeze those spammers. It won’t matter much since by now you’ll have thousands of followers. You can shed a few at this point and still be an effective leader.
I will send you a bill for this advice. You’re welcome.

I can afford that bill because I'm a CFO

Only reason I opined. It’s too fucking late at night to do it for free.

You put your opinion because you know I will give you MHO and money

It happens often if the shit starts to boil because most self-proclaimed and proud leaders fail when microscopic obstacle stays in their way.

That and when it comes to work I tend to wind up doing my bosses job and mine. When working as part of a team, I pretty much out work everyone else. So both tend to cause my independent streak to go into overdrive and my level of frustration goes through the roof.

If you have something interesting to say, great, if you need help, fine.
But you know what they say;
If you give a man a fish then he will eat for a day, but give a man a fishing rod and he will break it and use it for firewood.

+1 yNeither right now, I can be both but I rather stay alone tho

+1 yIt depends on who I am working with. If the other person is a leader, I let them take the lead. But if the people I work with don't take initiative, I take the lead and get the project going. I don't like stagnating, I also don't like conflict. I'll work to motigate both.

+1 yThere's leaders, who can't function without a flock to follow them giving their attention and adoration.
There's followers, who can't function without someone in charge giving them direction and purpose.
Then there's the lone wolves. Who can funtion on their own. They don't follow anyone's directions and they don't need adoration from the flock.
I consider myself a lone wolf.00 Reply Where is the option for "neither", because that's what I am. I prefer to do my own thing, and try to stay away from most people, because most people are violent and completely irrational.

+1 yI honestly dont want to be a leader but i definitely enjoy doing my own thing and other people like to copycat me or complain when i do things differently. I have 0 interest in fitting in.
00 Reply773 opinions shared on Other topic. Neither I am more of a lone wolf who go where he wants and if any follows, I take some consideration of that, but I don't seek leadership. Neither do I seek someone to follow.

+1 yI try not to stick out too much but I always end up leading. I don’t like taking orders anyways maybe that’s why I can’t be a follower.

Anonymous(45 Plus)+1 yBit of both.
I will follow but I'm selective who I will follow, and where I will let them take me.
I will take charge, of myself or my team, when I see a gap or don't like the way things are going.
