I haven't followed trends since like elementary school. Since high school, i’ve been deemed a leader in the classroom. Outside of the classroom, i dont feel i lead much. I mean my first year of work i did and was offered supervisor position but i hate thhis job. I wouldn't dare want their bullshit ass promotions. I do lead during foreplay but not so much during sex

Honesty don't think I'm either... I definitely don't follow trends, I do my own thing and the only way I've lead is by example on the job.. I don't want to stand out in the crowd or get lost in the crowd cuz don't want to be part of the "crowd"...

I've learned that you need to have a good balance of both. You need to learn when to step up and be able to lead. And you also need to learn how when someone else better suited for leading and when to pass the torch, fall back, and follow. A lot of people don't have this balance and so they end up missing out on opportunities to learn from from both ends.

As far as trends go, I don't follow em, I like what I like when I like it 🤷🏾‍♀️. Never wanted to fit in or stand out. Just wanted to be me.

Have always been a leader. Also when I was a very young kid, I went to school wearing something that was added to what I was wearing at times... then like soon after, I seen girls doing that.

Also, I had gotten rules changed at school. So.. that got us to be able to do things we wanted.

I don't even think about trends. I just do what I want.

I would prefer to simply not be in a crowd to begin with.

I'm basically what would happen if a leader type decided to be a shut-in and lead no one.

Leadership is far more than making a fashion statement. True leaders lead by doing. I never asked someone I was in charge of to do something I'd never done. Lead by example and you won't need to tell someone you're a leader.

I don't like to follow people unless I have no choice in the matter and they know more than me, so in that case I will follow.

I don't like the responsibility of leading others, but I won't sit there and have someone try telling me or bossing me around neither.

I just do what I want when I want. I lead myself.
