Is individual freedom more important than an individual’s right to life?

Freedom is the most important thing.

Life without freedom is not a life.

I am a bit upset we are too restricted by the laws and our individual freedom is quite restricted, but I can’t promise lots of people wouldn’t willingly do huge harms to others unless their individual freedom was limited by laws.

That's far too vague. In many cases we have decided that individual freedom is more important. For example, we don't force people to register for kidney donation, and then donate a kidney if they match with someone needing a kidney.
