The big three China, India and Russia are rival powers rather than allies. The rest are a collection of third world economies and sithole countries. Both Russia and China are declining but where they decline India rises

It's good for the economic security of those countries. Many more are considering joining. America wants to destroy many of them or at least make them neo-colonial vassals to be preyed upon.
