Apparently there's an obscure law that calls this discrimination. The pentagon gets away with not hiring refugees, because of the sensitive nature of that entity. But running a space company is every bit as sensitive, so it's obvious to me that this is just petty revenge on behalf of Joey. Joey and the rest of the Dems hate Elon's push for free speech.

It's crazy, because liberals used to like free speech. But now that Biden's DOJ has been weaponized, I guess free speech is a threat, and maybe a thing of the past. (just ask Trump)

Free speech is a threat, because if some dumb idiot becomes super popular and his dumb free speech becomes "credible", then we're screwed. Free speech coming from powerful people mst be taken with care and lots of consideraions. There must be a line where free speech becomes a weapon and person must bear responsibility for their speech. And such responsibility must be adequate and proportional to the amount of people it influences and the amount of impact it makes.
