It seems Joe Biden's goverment is suing SpaceX for not hiring non-us Citizen refugees even thou SpaceX is legally required by the same goverment to only hire U. S. Citizen as they were told many times by said goverment.

But this isn't double jeopardy. Double jeopardy is trying you for the same crime twice.

This is a great movie. A wife is sentenced to prison for killing her husband, but he's not dead. One of the prison inmates was a lawyer that explained to her what double jeopardy was. Since she was already convicted and sentenced to prison for killing her husband, she can now legally find him and blow his brains out, and the court can't do anything. I don't understand American Law but if anyone is suing Space-X it's the Justice Department, not the government.

The federal "Justice" department is the executive branch of the Federal goverment. IE Joe Biden's people.

Joe Biden might credibility be able to claim he has no idea what his employees are doing either because of its sheer size (he has far too many for any man to manage) or Joe Biden's mental incapacity to lead even himself.

But they are nonetheless his employees following his order, neither he nor his administration has even ask congress to downsize Federal responsibility to something that actually can be accountable in an election, much-less controllable by a president. So clearly even if he is not himself behind this, Joe Biden is ok with people acting abusively.

While I wouldn't put it past someone like Joe Biden giving such orders, It remains entirely possable that one of the countless thugs working for him is doing this on his behalf and Joe is simply incapable of controlling them either because there are too many for any human or Joe is incapable of even controlling himself.
