Words can be twisted... Bend from the truth.

You can say " i love you too... " But do you?

You can tell stories about your self how good you are... Are you?

1. You can jump in the water to save the one you love even you can't swim. Stupid yes... But you see that person drowning and your brain stops thinking. These automatic actions can't be faked...

2. You build a wooden replica of a 18 century cabinet. I detail so almost no one call tell it is a replica. That is knowledge.. that is actually showing that you understand wood working..

Because actions are the truth. Words are meaningless. What you do displays how you really feel, what your true moral code is, what your values and priorities are. Anyone can say anything. If a person's actions and words do not line up then you know they are not being 100% truthful. Always believe the actions over their words.

It takes a lot more effort to act something out than to say it. Although, I would argue that there's a lot to be said for the idea that "to speak" is an action as well. There's a reason the person said what they said, even if their other actions don't line up with what they said.

Talk is cheap. When you take action on something you are taking a chance things will get worse or else you will pay some other price. It takes a certain amount of courage, especially going against the status quo.
