What would you do if you were a billionaire?

For me, I would start a generational wealth for my family one day for my children to pass on to them in case me and their future mother would pass on… they are comfortable financially and they will be taught values and responsibility about it..

I would be able to travel, explore, live comfortably somewhere, financially stable, and enjoy the rest of my life with it. Create passive income and much more.

I would stop running behind the need to survive instead I would do what could add up the value to my life and would make good difference in world. I would fulfill my dreams which is to work in education sector and to make the study and concept so easy for everyone to understand and to make it easily accessible and affordable for all, all around the world.

That's my dream. In my dream in the world no matter person is forced to do low class jobs or hard work just to survive because they have not born with good fate but still if they have interest in something they should learn. No matter it's medicine kind big profession or whatever. Money should not be the limiting factor for anyone to acquire knowledge. Only the intrest. No matter what age.

In my world, there is everyone having some short of professionals kind expertise no matter it's the street vendor.

Stop being a billionaire. Billionaires are just big piles of wasted potential, I would put that to good use and try improve the world in some way and you could move the world at the scale of major nations by spending billions of dollars. Being a "normal" millionaire is plenty enough for things like passive income and generational wealth if I actually cared about these things.

As for what I would spend my billions of dollars on? Probably a mixture of research and development, making companies to pioneer certain industries and egalitarian projects like forest re-plantation and ecological protections. If i for example dumped 5 billion on battery technology 30 years ago then we would all be driving electric cars today, the biggest hurdle for these things tends to be the early investment to get the ball rolling rather than the actual advantage and economic benefit for any given technology or project.

I would help poor children and elderly, I would help animals that don’t have anyone to take care of them.

In childhood I always had a dream to be a Santa for someone, I always wished to be able to make other peoples dreams come true, without ever showing myself.

I wanted them to believe in miracles and to make sure I could make peoples dreams come true.

I would not want to be known for helping those people, I would rather be hidden and just happy for myself at the end of the day to know there’s someone happy because of me.

I would build my house, save up to afford my future family/kids, still only travel to few places (Canada, Australia, Bahamas, and Italy), buy 2-3 of my favorite cars, give my mom/grandparents/sis a monthly allowance, pay my tithes, donate to Charity a few times a year, occasionally spoil the guy I’m with and help him to start his business (if I’m with the same one), make extravagant care packages for the homeless, start a lingerie line, a DJing business, have my own radio talk show, and pay my taxes

I mentioned pay my taxes because a lot of celebs and moneymakers forget that and end up in jail

I think you need a carrot and a stick to build character in children. The carrot is the Hawaii vacation they get if they work hard and the stick is the loss of cell phone privileges and house arrest if they fail their classes in high school. I used to talk to a Jewish culture teacher who told me his dad was a rabbi and sent him and his siblings to volunteer at the food bank when they were kids because his dad wanted them to feel love and compassion for others and understand that not everybody was as lucky as them.
