Because of the stereotype of Asian women being more "docile" and "submissive", which isn't the case. If you've ever encountered an angry Asian woman, docile and submissive wouldn't be the first thoughts that pop into your mind, they can get quite scary when crossed.

I think it's just the "submissive" label thar Asian women get. First off, this isn't true. But still people equate submissiveness with femininity.

Exactly that. You always hear about Latinas being crazy. They just have more “energy”. They both can be very feminine though.
