Why the women employees are more successful in marketing?

Suppose we have a male and female employee with the same experience and handsomeness, and both of them are good at speaking eloquently. We see that the female employee is more persuasive with most customers

What exact area of marketing do you mean?

In many respects women tend to outperform men at a general level while men tend to outperform women at the high-end levels. For example in sales more women do well than men, but men due to being overrepresented in the high performance end of sales tend to produce better numbers. Creating a sotuatio where 80%of women and 70% of men hit their mark but the sales distribution is 45% women and 55% men.

Attribute it to what you will. More people like interacting with women. Women have generally higher social skill. Are generally more charismatic. Generally have more friends, social circles, so on. There is a lot of reasons women do well. In Event Marketing for example which while very competitive is also incredibly social women often outperform men at a 2x margin.

Really if anything the secret here is to lean into whatever strengths you have. And a strength can be that you like talking to people. That is actually a phenomenal strength. If people also like talking to you? You've nearly made it already.

Yeah, not so much. I work for a sales organization and salesmen virtually always outsell the salewomen, like more than two to one. We have almost as many females as males in sales positions and the leaders of the broker team are pretty equally split male and female, but the men outperform the women by a large margin. I know this because I work in Accounting and I create commission statements every month.
