Look around you. Has there been any major improvements in infrastructure or growth? With the trillions of dollars spent, what about our homeless and disabled? I am on SSDI right now, and I only receive $1,160 a month. Thank God for my mom because I wouldn't be able to afford the cheapest apartment where I live. I am hoping to come off disability very soon, but even so, the feds take so much of our income. $70k a year is really like $55k.
