How come a modding site that allows mod for killing children in Skyrim draws the line at removing rainbow flags in Spiderman or pronouns in Starfield?

Modding site Nexus banned a mod for Spiderman that turned rainbow flags into American flags, like the devs themself sid with the middle east release of the game.

And recently, they banned a Starfield mod that removes pronouns.

Its all games, but how the heck have we come to the point were allowing people to not see rainbow flags or pronouns is worse than allowing people to kill kids?

In a game of Fallout 2, I once gave Sulik an SMG. In the very next random encounter, he opened up on a pair of raiders, somehow missing both of them but killing ALL THREE of the merchants being attacked. I appreciated being able to get their loot for free, but the "childkiller" karmic perk I got stuck with wasn't worth it. Especially in light of the fact that, when I had to briefly remove him from my party and tried to bring him back in, he refused, saying "No way we be friends with child killer".

It is NOT "allowing people to kill kids"; these things aren't kids, they're bytes in a computer, not real people. But some countries can't accept that fantasy and reality are different things.

The REAL question is why you allow so much concentration of power on a single site. Diversify, and the problem will go away.
