Nope, not really... For a city of that size (640K people) the level of development is extremely low... Here is a map of their development projects. Skimming through some of the projects I see very small sets of town homes of 10 or 12 units. Occasionally maybe 100 unit projects. In comparison you can go to some small cities in Florida of 5-20K people that is maybe on the outskirts of a city of 100K people, and there might be like 10-15 development projects in close proximity that are 4,000 units either single family or multifamily with the commercial, an infrastructure to support it. Then you go a half hour drive away and you will see the same sort of development to accommodate another 60K-100K more people.

I certainly want it to. Once Republicans are elected, we will begin to isolate China and Detroit will begin to recover. Or so I hope.
