It happens and there are stories that are worse and not worthy of repeating.

"It happens" means it happens way more often than I think it does. Well that's worrisome. You see, this is why I mainly stay clear from the news. Horrible things are glorified, good things are little articles quickly swept under the rug, and weird things like this Saudi stuff somehow becomes news. Not a good way to start off your day.
