I'm watching all of the Bond movies and wonder how it's possible for all these evil villains to get hundreds of people to help them destroy Earth?

Each one wants to take over the planet and they don't care who they kill, or how many, to reach their goal! How do they get so MANY ordinary people to go along with them on this shit like, it's perfectly okay to mass murder the planet to help this lunatic, especially when they SHOULD know by know, that, once he/she gets what he/she wants, they are completely disposable to them and will also be killed in the end!

Oil industry, smoking, alcohol, plastic, ... all of these make money and profit from destroying the earth and/or peoples life, and people are paying them for it.
