Britain and France reviving the hundred years war is quite remote but there are possibilities elsewhere that aren't just limited to Greece and Turkey.
I don't know the rules well enough. I don't think article 5 is anywhere near as automatic as it is usually projected and I seem to remember unanimity is required.
War is a major act so a pretty strong level of agreement is logically necessary for article 5 but logically that becomes harder to achieve with more members.
I would expect Nato to do a lot of hand wringing and tut tutting but little more. The EU would probably withhold funds and that would eventually force a resolution.
I can't remember Kosovo which might be our best guide
The rest of NATO would be obligated to defend them. But if you mean with each other, I'm honestly not sure, but surely whoever started it would be kicked out and punished some how. But I just no that NATO isn't obligated to step in if another NATO country is the aggressor.
It happened already

One or both members would have to leave. Otherwise the dispute would be settled before war is declared.
They would just side with who didn't start it. As the one who started it are the ones breaking the rules of peace of NATO.
That wouldn't happen. It would be resolved through NATO before it came to that.
NATO members cannot declare war on each other
My guess is that the rest of the members would come down on whichever side the US backed.
We would have to join I suspect
