Has anyone heard of an art project called The Youth and do you think it’s okay?

I read somewhere an artist put a project together and selected a girl from each age 6 to 16, from 20 different countries and lined them all up naked in their country groups on display as a museum exhibition. Is this wrong, or just interesting art?
