Why do Arabs so dislike Jews?

There was a time Palestine (created by Romans) was controlled by Arabs and a small number of Jews lived there. But acceptance of Jewish state and Jewish people coming there was rejected over and over by Arabs. Why do they want them under wraps, gone, or eliminated?

They seem to be highly productive, capable and reasonable people, when treated well. What is the issue Arabs have with Jews?

Can't speak about the whole arab nation but i can speak for myself as an arab lebanese christian man...

I don't hate the jews and i have nothing against them, to me they are just ordinary people from a different religion just like muslims or any other people from a different religion, there are the ones who are good and there are the ones who are bad...

There are jews who are zionist and don't have so much knowledge about them but all i know and see about them is that they are bad when it comes to their ideology, even the normal jews are against them...

There are some extremist jews who doesn't represent the whole jews i think, i disrespect them when i saw them spitting when passing near churches and monastries also on priests and sisters, this means that i'm spitting on you and your beliefs, to me i consider this group similar to muslim extremist...

I believe that there shall be respect a towards each other as humans 1st than to respect the beliefs of the other...

Arabs never hated Jews. Jews thrived in Muslim countries when Europeans were persecuting them during the Inquisition and in Nazi Germany.

Muslims, Jews and Christians lived side by side as friends and neighbors, had mosques, synagogues, churches, and holy sites all over the Levant, including Syria and Palestine. But Jews also thrived in Iran and other places.

Palestinians welcomed and gave assistance to Jews fleeing Nazism in Europe. But the Palestinians were never consulted about having a Jewish state carved out of their land.

And when Zionists brought terrorism, murdered thousands of men, women and children, and drove 800,000 Palestinians from their homes during the Nakba, it proved who hated whom.

Since then, Israel has done noting but expand - stealing, murdering, terrorizing, and torturing Palestinians. And yet, Israel always claims that it is the victim of hatred.

Israel's actions are condemned. It is in violation of more UN resolutions than any nation in history, but always claims that criticism is a result of "Antisemitism".
That's like claiming that opposition to Nazism was the result of anti-Germanism.

Palestine isn't exactly filled with a bunch of angels either and many Muslims of supposedly moderate disposition have very shocking views when polled about Jews.

there's some underlying rift otherwise they would have accepted a "two state solution". they can't live with them being in control of any area... all of Arabia (Muslim areas) is massive... there's plenty of space. It's an emotional problem, question is... why?
e. g. they don't want them in power, but are ok with them subjugated?

Who decided on the two state solution. What gave Britain the right to sign away part of Palestine in 1917? Were the Palestinians ever consulted?
And have you ever read about the Nakba?

The king, they were in power over it. But it was not stable, even when the Jews were blowing up their buildings. Still reading...

It's all a matter of power... and every time the arabs fight, they lost. one would think after decades of such, they'd work it out, cut out a chunk of land and make good. that is not anywhere close at hand.

It's not all that different from American Indians, except they didn't have cohesive recorded culture.

Yeah I don't remember the native Americans being consulted either when we took their land but we're not in a hurry to give it back to them.

I don't even justify what Europeans did to the Native Americans. It would have been entirely possible to live in harmony.

Neutralizing the military capabilities of your enemy is not genocide.

If Israel keeps attacking after the enemy is neutralized then yeah, they are killing civilians for no reason. But keep in mind that in World War 2 the United States dropped two nuclear bombs on Japan and killed quite a few civilians. And that was actually the decision that ended up killing less people because the Japanese would have fought to the last man.

In every war civilians die. War sucks, that's why it's best to avoid it. But if someone's bombing my country? Well, civilians are probably going to die from the counter offensive and there's not much anybody can do about it.

@Juxtapose there's not much stopping American Indians from deciding to take back their lands... take hostages, scalp or behead or filet the "settlers" again... people whom think they own the land they are on... ya know, us, and it be very similiar. They gave up long ago and went to "reeducation camps"... were crushed. It's all just power, whom has the better system. Arabs didn't.

There's good to the Israeli's... they've taken what was farm land or swamp and made it productive, modern economy. But that is not what some in middle east want.

The only answer I hear is they don't hate them. They sure don't want them... see their constitution. There were Jewish people there before Mohmammed. But whom was there before that, don't know...

lol I don't want to defend or fund foreign countries dude but I'm not going to sit here and pretend that war isn't ugly. The USA exists on stolen land and we regularly kill civilians in war so.. yeeeaaaah.

Israel was conquered by many nations buy it was only the Muslims who colonised it and took jewish farmlands for themselves
