Do iran women rebel?

I just heard that apparently women in Iran (a country) who have been forced to wear a bandana of sorts on their heads are now taking it off to look more normal

This is apparently a big thing in this country. Is it a way to rebel for these women? Kinda like when BLM (the domestic terrorist organization) go burn down cities etc?
