Today's feminism is nothing like the original movement that simply sought equal rights and opportunities for women. It has become an extremist movement driven by hate and a desire for power. The only way it can remain relevant is by maintaining a sense of victimhood among WESTERN women. Iranian women are irrelevant to the goals of modern feminism.
Anyone thinking logically and honestly would obviously agree with you here, but logic and honesty are the biggest enemies of modern feminism. Women who think logically and honestly are not feminists.

I'm not a feminist, at least not in the contemporary sense, but I have friends who are and I doubt they even know what has been going on with women in Iran, let alone care about it.
