Do Americans not get annoyed at the plethora of European tourists that come cause havoc while visiting US and crowd and trash all the national parks?

I should think we'd be annoyed by people who litter regardless of where they come from. "Crowding" places is hardly blameable; you're only one person, after all, and wanting to see, say, a canyon that's longer than your entire country, or a series of ocean cliffs almost a mile high, is hardly a BAD thing.

I'd imagine most European countries have an equivalent of "national parks".
