I should think we'd be annoyed by people who litter regardless of where they come from. "Crowding" places is hardly blameable; you're only one person, after all, and wanting to see, say, a canyon that's longer than your entire country, or a series of ocean cliffs almost a mile high, is hardly a BAD thing.
I'd imagine most European countries have an equivalent of "national parks".

It is not productive or respectful to make sweeping generalizations about any group of people based on their nationality. It is important to focus on promoting respect among all visitors, regardless of their country of origin. If you continue with this anti-European narrative, I will have no choice but to report you to the appropriate authorities.
