I would say at the very top Rich white men like Elon Musk who never had to invent anything and were just born into wealth. Some people are going to ask what about Black Billionaires? Well there's very few Black Billionaires and all of them got lucky. Oprah Winfrey was the most and Jay-z was one of the best in his field. If a Black person becomes successful they usually have to earn it and get lucky. Blacks are usually not born into wealth like the Rothschild. They either get lucky to be born in a good neighborhood like Obama or they're mostly screwed.

Then second most powerful would go to white women. White women are seen as gentle soft and need to be protected. Black women were raped by slave masters and when they were free they were called "hypersexual", so white men could justify raping them. When Black slaves were free white people wanted to be seen as the great emancipators. Thomas Jefferson rape his slave Sally Hemings. Abraham was kind of the same he saw black people as inferior and he is there great emancipator.

3rd would be white men. Black people were able to find success after slavery but it made White men feel inferior. The men gather together to create lynch mobs. Black Wall Street which they removed from the history books was a thing. White men were jealous of the huge of Black Wall Street, so they rent airplanes to tear down the successful city. It was pretty to look up who rented the aircraft and find the individuals responsible, but nothing was done.

After that it's the rich boys and men and the top 10% of celebrities such as the top 1% of gangster rappers.

After that it's young and beautiful girls because boys bow down to young girls and give them girls money and kiss the ground girls walk on and be a doormat and keep onlyfans in business and import young girls from many places into Dubai to show off on instagram their vacation on Yachts (there are obviously strings attached to this). These girls however have to be free of controlling families or oppression to exercise their powers (unlike it was the case with Jadwiga of Poland or certain Indian girls).

Some people will say that men are much stronger overall. It takes both to create a life but after that She makes it possible to sustain it in the beginning so women have the most power because they can end our life before we have a chance to be strong enough to over power them. If they banned together they would have the numbers only keeping selected men around for breeding.

Generally, women have more power socially due to men not realizing their own value and allowing themselves to simp. In short, woman's power lies in a man not realizing his power.

Ultimately, however, top men have all the power, as they have realized their own value and figured out how women operate, which leaves women powerless.

Women definitely have more power socially.. When people think of men, they think of the top 1% all the CEOs, the Presidents, wealthiest people, and even the playboys.. It should be "same". However, that is not the real world, so it depends on the context. In actual society and the workplace, mostly men. In relationships and families though, I'd argue women.
