Past, Present, Future... Which do you think about the most?

I think about all three. I think about yhe past and how it affects me today. I think of ways that I can better myself now and how decisions I make now will affect my life in the future.

if you dwell on the past you will get depression
if you think about future you will get anxiety
if you think about your present you will get peace.

Knowledge about the past is good estimation source for the future. I think and make my calculations for the future, living in the present is like living in the past, you have to react before something happens most of time.

Tbh i think of my future because i wanna be in a good comfy place in life but i think a lot about the past at the same time because i can't forget the beautiful memories that i had...
The only thing that i don't think of is the present cause it sucks!

Present mostly. I tend to live in the moment which normally isn't good probably. I plan certain things but I'm usually in the moment mostly.

I have anxiety thinking about things. I get very nostalgic about the past and what I’ve missed, the present and how I should be doing now, and the future because… it’s just difficult.
