Any group as long as it is in controlled volumes, with working integration, assimilation even. With that said, there are groups of peoples hailing from cultures who are far more likely to clash with the values and cultures of my home (and indeed does clash something fierce). Since I am Nordic, the Nordics from around us are the least likely to be troublesome given that we share almost the same histories. Middle Easterners however, when they arrive en masse with cultures of honour-killings, militant islamism, shady business networks and the like then it does create tremendous societal mayhem without strong and strict rules.

The standing majority populace that has prospered the most is why the appeal is there to begin with. Why immigrate into another culture if all you’re going to do is make it like where you came from? The first colonists didn’t make the carbon copies of their countries of origin. They made their own in the Americas. Because their culture had the highest survival rates, it behooves any immigrant to adopt their behavior.

Second, if what matters is what’s on the inside, it stands to reason that like minded individuals get along.

You’re combing this thread defending illegal immigration and feel people who don’t know the laws or language can somehow function just like another citizen. There are natives who aren’t well versed in US law. That makes it even more improbable an illegal immigrant who isn’t fluent would be well informed on rights of other citizens snd what not to do as an illegal.

It’s also not fair to legal immigrants who paid their dues and went through the process. Other countries problems and things like refugees should be handled first and foremost by their country of origin. You don’t see our homeless wandering en masse to other countries for their welfare.
