I'm a board member of a listed company, I'm an IT director to be exact, and you might be wondering why I, with a busy life and travelling around the world, am here on GirlsAskGuys. The answer is rather simple, but perhaps not obvious.

Although my professional life is full of crucial business decisions and international travel, the world of relationships and personal matters is just as relevant to me. No amount of wealth or professional success can replace human connection and mutual understanding.

GirlsAskGuys offers a unique platform where I can explore the dynamics of relationships, provide advice based on my own experience and, at the same time, learn from people with backgrounds and perspectives different from my own. The diversity of opinions here is incredibly informative.

Furthermore, I appreciate the anonymity that this platform offers. In my position, privacy is a valuable asset, and GirlsAskGuys allows me to participate in open conversations without the pressure of my public responsibilities.

If you think being rich is all fun and games, then you don't know what it takes to become rich. Plenty of lottery winners were rich and went traveling and enjoying the money and ended up back working a minimum wage job because they spent it all on traveling and having an extravagant lifestyle.

The more money you have, the more stress you have and the more demanding your lifestyle will be. Steve Jobs wore eight pairs of the same exact suit because he was too stressed to focus on what to wear each. Everyone says they want to travel the world, but you don't become rich from doing what 90% of what others would do or say they would do.

I often think the same about rich people who elsewhere take time to be on Reddit or other commentary in the media. I'm also thinking in my head "go be quiet and enjoy being rich, spending money, saving money, quietly* lol 😄😆 unlike the rest of us here having to, work 🫠
