Why did Biden say to black people: "If you don't vote for me, you're not black"?

How does that make any sense? There is a very long list of political parties, and shouldn't all citizens (regardless of their color) be able to freely vote for the party of their choice?

Because Biden and other Democrats are racist and constantly make racial appeals to African Americans. Granted, Democratic Party policies have mostly had awful results for African Americans, so they can't run on that, but it's more than that- Democrats believe that African Americans don't think about anything but race.

Well, Biden is sadly mistaken, because they see their neighborhoods being taken over by people who shouldn't be in the country.
