Trump. Hilary came across as a spoiled child, who expected the Presidency to just be handed to her because it was her turn. The whole "basket of deplorables" didn't win people over, either; someone who thinks anybody who disagrees with them is an awful human being does NOT have what it takes to run a country, much less lead one.

Her suspicious activity while Secretary of State is a further blow, and her outright criminal stuff- it doesn't matter if those emails held cookie recipes, deleting them IS obstruction of justice, interfering with an investigation, and a violation of her security clearance besides- just makes it worse. Even the "Trump is the devil!" crowd would have a hard time overcoming all that.

If I were on the Trump campaign team, I'd be on my knees praying for a Hillary rematch every night.

I've said it for over a year now, that the best alternative candidate the Democrats can pull out of their ass is a charismatic, relatively unknown who doesn't have their hands dirty (or can at least plausibly deny involvement) with the party's failures, and believably sell a rebranding effort, even if it's a lie. Basically any nationally recognizable politician's name is damaged goods right now - even on the Republican side, because people are sick of lawyers and swamp creatures.

Hillary is one of the most detestable creatures on the planet. Nobody but the most loyal Democrats would vote for her. I can't imagine her beating Trump in a fair election.
