Why? Because their opinions are based on their social media and what their social circles decided. Not real knowledge. When you don’t truly understand something you can’t discuss it so, you have to shut down the opposition with screams, chants, and threats.
In the last week I have spent hours with in Arab from the region and a Jew from Israel. The whole situation looks different talking to real humans and not at some idiot fueled rally or on a 30second video on your phone - most of which is fueled by people with an agenda.
I love those who say “you should learn the history of the area” when me - somebody who digests history books and lectures at a ridiculous rate - can go years without meeting people equally knowledgeable or passionate about history. Everybody becomes an expert in the geopolitical situation all the sudden, even though they are an 18yr barista with a pierced nose and no passport.
Then you have people who say they cannot stay silent in the midst of a genocide but then can’t even name one more occurring right now. (Or don’t even understand the implications of a genocide) Or they can’t stand the idea of a war but have no opinion on Ukraine. Or they profess contradictory opinions without even realizing it. People act like they understand the implications of a war in a urban environment when they have no idea. They repeat beliefs they got from some “expert” on their phone but they have only taken a fragment of their knowledge and spun it as their own. Worse of all, they just repeat the talking points over and over without even having a real conversation with someone who has equal knowledge of the issue at hand.
It’s sad and it speaks to the ignorance of people as a whole. We’ve lost the ability to have open dialogue and critical thinking.
like they oppose "occupation" but only if they accuse a jew, not chinese tibet or others.
they oppose war but only if they accuse israel war, not the war in ukraine sudan yemen etc such indirect statements are "i hate jew" to find something to say about jew.
Exactly. At some point when the only country you are outraged and offended by is Israel, despite far more atrocious events elsewhere, it starts to look like your hate isn’t for war or suffering but just Jews.
@strateguy632 that is not true at all. We care because our government is directly funding it, so we have a responsibility to speak up.
Most don't understand the history of the 2 and only hear news by the media and in some countries like the US and UK get Israel propaganda so become easily mislead and become aggressive against Palestine despite not knowing what is happening I am Pro Palestine and learnt a lot about the history of Israel and Palestine and it's alarming to see so many defend Israel that being said I am against Israel Goverment not Israel civilians or Jews I really recommend people who don't know what is happening in Palestine to do some research on the history of Palestine and Israel because you will start to understand Palestine people have been fighting for freedom for 75 Years I just am sad to see so many Palestinians being massacred by Israel committing Genocide and yes being Pro Palestine I have had people attack me on the site
Ah yes the same Palestine that has invaded Israel many times over. There is a reason the US funds Israel in amounts of $3.3b+ per year so they can develop their military. It isn't because Israel is the aggressor lol.
Bro there was no Israel until Israel stole Palestine land wake up
Because each side is very emotionally invested and propoganda has its hooks in some people. I see pro Israel people do this all the time. They assume you hate jewish people just because you don't support the Israeli government violating international law.
you skipped a step, they see you accuse israel falsely and for that they interpret you hate jews.
nobody took British harris for war crimes, so discriminate jews is hating jews. see my recent question.
@strateguy632 So Israel isn't denying civilians clean water? They aren't blocking medical aid? They aren't illegally annexing territory in the west bank? That's funny. Because the UN, Amnesty International, Human rights watch, the red cross and many others would disagree with you. You are asking us not to believe our own eyes and just listen to whatever israel says 8s true instead. Come now. Many jewish people have come forward and spoke out against Israels actions. Lets not pretend this is about judaism.
Just some fun facts for you. You can say everything you just said in Israel without consequence. If you said that in Palestine about Palestine you would be hung, shot, beheaded, arrested and tortured etc. You should skip the social media and actually study some world history you might have a more informed and intelligent view of the conflict after that.
@JacobJordan No way, you mean when people are living in inhumane conditions in an open air concentration camp and are being brutalized for generations they might become violent? Who knew! 🤪
@JacobJordan in all seriousness, you dodged the point. Are they or are they not doing all those things I just mentioned? Do you deny it?
Dear. Palestine has instigated nearly every conflict between Israel and Palestine since the 1940s. Palestine is not the victim
@JacobJordan Haha false. Open a history book. Israel has a longstanding history of not honoring ceasefires. Regardless, I don't blame them for fighting their occupiers. They want thwir homes back.
@JacobJordan you still dodged the question. Yes or no. Are they or are they not denying them access to clean water, medical supplies and food?
False? You clearly have spent zero time studying shit. Numerous countries attacked Israel and Israel mops the floor with them. Of the conflicts spanning the last 80 ish years Israel has instigated only a few. Meanwhile Palestine and other have instigated double digit levels of conflict. Read a book. Or if you want go to Palestine see how they really treat people then come back and let us know the outcome. Just like anyone who claims racism exists. Go to a true source and see what is really going on. You wouldn't last long in Palestine. And yet you are supporting them. How more uneducated can you get. Lol. Should spend more time studying and less time quoting bullshit you ready online.
@JacobJordan I'll ask you one more time: yes or no.
You can ask all you want doesn't mean you are ever getting an answer when you acting like an entitled brat. Again if you support Palestine go help them. Let us know how they thank you. (They won't because it is Palestine)
@JacobJordan lol you won't answer because you know I'm right.
@JacobJordan if you love genocide so much, why don't you go fight with Israel? See, it's a stupid point to make. Next.
We already are fighting with Israel lol we spend $3.3b+ a year so Israel can advance it's military. Israel has the 4th strongest military in the world behind the US, China and Russia. Not to mention Israel is the only country in the middleeast that allows LGBT, allows democracy, allows you as a woman to dress however you wish, accepts American currency without needing to exchange it. To name but a few things Israel does because we are allied with them. Your inability to realize that you are supporting an aggressor is hilarious and you actually think you are going to accomplish something. The US is still to this day sending Israel weapons that they are using in the Palestine war. In other words Israel has the United States' full support.
@JacobJordan uh huh, and I send money to palestine. So by that logic, that is enough.
Its gross you think any of that justifies genocide and breaking international law. Not to mention you're wrong. Gay marriage is illegal in Israel.
@JacobJordan the aggressor is israel. They started this mess by displacing, murdering and denying human rights to an entire group of people.
Attempting to twist my words was a very bad idea. Welcome to the moment where i outline every historical moment to call you out for supporting terrorists. 1948 Palestinian Arabs invade the recently announced independent settlement of what was to be israel. Israel. May 14, 1948 fighting intensified after official declaration of independence by Israel. Evening May 14, 1948 Lebanon, Syria, Iraq, Egypt, and Saudi Arabia attacked Israel. 2008-2009 Operation cast lead. After numerous rocket attacks from Hamas controlled Gaza strip Israel launched counter strikes (missiles, bombings, artillery and ground invasion)
2009-2010: president Barack Obama tried reviving peace talks.
2012: operation pillar of defense
Following increasing bombings from Gaza strip Israel launched attacks targeting terrorist groups and rocket launchers in Gaza
2014 operation protective edge. 3 Israeli teenagers were abducted and killed by Hamas terrorists. Leading to Israel cracking down on terrorists in West Bank.
2020 peace proposal and an Accords document.
2021: Hamas terrorists used tensions in Jerusalem, specifically over the Al-Asqa Mosque and the eviction dispute in East Jerusalem neighborhood of Sheikh Jarrah, as a pretext to launch rocket strikes are civilian areas to ignite hostilities. Leading to an 11 day intense war of bombings and airstrikes. Peace was brokered by Egypt and other mediators on May 21, 2021
2022: August Operation in Gaza

You are welcome for the history lesson hope you are proud of supporting terrorists.
Oh and as the final nail in the coffin that is you.
https://www.ajc.org/IsraelConflictTimeline
Here is a source enjoy and I eagerly await your dismay upon realizing how messed up you are and your apology. Or you can of course do what most people that wrong do and continue to deny deny deny and block me. Either way everyone on this site will see you for what you are.
Yeah... historical events are nice because they are always written down so people can study them makes it really easy to call people out on their bullshit and lies. Especially when they self admit to financially supporting terrorists.
Welp I guess that is that.
@JacobJordan imeu.org/.../self-defense-or-provocation-israels-history-of-breaking-ceasefires
You're right, it sure is great to know your history. You were saying?
@JacobJordan 2012 - On November 14, two days after Palestinian factions in Gaza agree to a truce following several days of violence, Israel assassinates the leader of Hamas' military wing, Ahmed Jabari, threatening to escalate the violence once again after a week in which at least six Palestinian civilians are killed and dozens more wounded in Israeli attacks.
2012 - On March 9, Israel violates an Egyptian-brokered ceasefire and assassinates the head of the Gaza-based Popular Resistance Committees, sparking another round of violence in which at least two dozen Palestinians are killed, including at least four civilians, and scores more wounded. As usual, Israel claims it is acting in self-defense, against an imminent attack being planned by the PRC, while providing no evidence to substantiate the allegation.
to provide Sharon with an adequate pretext, he uses the attempted assassination of Israel's ambassador to England to justify a massive invasion aimed at destroying the PLO - despite the fact that Israeli intelligence officials believe the PLO has nothing to do with the assassination attempt. In the ensuing invasion, more than 17,000 Lebanese are killed.
1973 - Following a ceasefire agreement arranged by the US and the Soviet Union to end the Yom Kippur War, Israel violates the agreement with a "green light" from US Secretary of State Henry Kissinger. According to declassified US documents, Kissinger tells the Israelis they can take a "slightly longer" time to adhere to the truce. As a result, Israel launches an attack and surrounds the Egyptian Third Army, causing a major diplomatic crisis between the US and Soviets that pushes the two superpowers to the brink of nuclear war, with the Soviets threatening to intervene to save their Egyptian allies and the US issuing a Defcon III nuclear alert.
@JacobJordan 1967 - Israel violates the 1949 Armistice Agreement, launching a surprise attack against Egypt and Syria. Despite claims Israel is acting in self-defense against an impending attack from Egypt, Israeli leaders are well aware that Egypt poses no serious threat. Yitzhak Rabin, Chief of the General Staff of the Israeli army during the war, says in a 1968 interview that "I do not believe that Nasser wanted war. The two divisions he sent into Sinai on May 14 would not have been enough to unleash an offensive against Israel. He knew it and we knew it." And former Prime Minister Menachem Begin later admits that "Egyptian army concentrations in the Sinai approaches did not prove that Nasser was really about to attack us. We must be honest with ourselves. We decided to attack him."
1956 - Colluding with Britain and France, Israel violates the 1949 Armistice Agreement by invading Egypt and occupying the Sinai Peninsula. Israel only agrees to withdraw following pressure from US President Dwight Eisenhower.
1949 - Immediately after the UN-brokered Armistice Agreement between Israel and its neighbors goes into effect, the armed forces of the newly-created Israeli state begin violating the truce with encroachments into designated demilitarized zones and military attacks that claim numerous civilian casualties.
@JacobJordan You really thought you did something. Lol have thebday you deserve 😆
Love how your pathetic attempt at proof is listing Hamas violations when Hamas isn't part of Israel. Keep trying terrorist
Also love how you listed examples I already brought up in your efforts like damn you for real are so fucking stupid you didn't even bother to read what I posted lol. I listed literally every single thing you wasted all that time typing and unlike your failed list I also didn't try and assign a terrorist organization to a country it doesn't belong too. You really need to read up a bit more
@JacobJordan You didn't read the list, did you 🤣 its a list of Israel breaking ceasefires. 😘 bye genocide supporter.
@JacobJordan No, The list I provided included historical context. Israel has a history of breaking ceasefire agreements, denying it, then claiming self defense when hamas retaliates. In the end, it always results in Israel illegally annexing more territory.

Why are people being weird about Palestine supporters? Well I would imagine anyone who bothered to learn even a little of the history between Israel and other nations in the vicinity they would also not be supporting Palestine. Not to mention Israel is a literal one of a kind country in the middle east. I have spoken about it elsewhere so I'll not bother doing so again but suffice it say anyone who supports Palestine needs to take some world history classes and then come back and let folks know what's what.
Should anyone be interested in why supporting Palestine is a truly awful idea (you are supporting terrorists groups) I encourage you to visit https://www.ajc.org/IsraelConflictTimeline
Which outlines every notable aspect of the Arab-israeli war from the 1800s to present. Of course feel free to find your own historical information for accuracies sake this is just the most recent link saved on my phone.
@Jumpintoadstool lol so failing the debate in such a laughable fashion you respond with further denial and calling me a genocide supporter and then blocking me. I thank you for showing your true colors.
Personally I just want the meaningless violence to end. And peace to come true.
At the end of the day, these conflicts are happening all because of religion. Religious people will get triggered by me saying that, but one time I was having a debate with a devoted christian over what Israel is doing and how they’ve gone TOO far… and he stated they have a right to do whatever they want because the land was granted to them by god…
Right. Isn’t god also the creator of all man? And also against violence?
This is why I think religion is fucken stupid. Because you have examples of contradictions
That being said. I was in the infantry in the Marine Corps. So I understand how combat works (no, I do not have a combat action ribbon) however in my 6 years in I learned a lot about how the battlefield works. There’s this saying “infantry is a thinking man’s game” it’s definitely true. You need to have common sense and be witty. This will allow you to make clear, concise and hasty decisions when the time calls for it.
Now, with that out of the way. The US military has this thing called R. O. E’s (Rules of Engagement) when we stack up outside a building and we have received intel that there could be innocent civilians inside. WE DO NOT, throw in M67 fragmentation grenades. We only throw grenades into a building or room if we know for a fact everything behind that doorway is an enemy.
Taking that into consideration, not only… did Hamas allegedly have hostages. BUT, there most definitely are many civilians in Gaza that has nothing to do with the attack Hamas did last October. We’re talking working families that are just trying to make ends meet. And here we have Israel bombing the shit out of Gaza.
Why would you bomb buildings you could potentially kill the hostages your enemy is holding? Kinda dumb right?
Then you have people mention how Israel has warned Gaza of incoming strikes telling them to move….
Two things to consider
1. Did they not consider that the civilians including the Hamas terrorists are going to hear these warnings?
2. If the civilians can flee away from harms way… where tf would they go? They’re literally boxed in.
Lastly. From the jump, Israel has fire superiority. They have a better trained fighting force, actual capable military vehicles, better weapons, better equipment. Etc. soo… why didn’t they just send in their troops on foot to FIND and destroy HAMAS… NOT kill innocent people. With that being said. Wtf do they think will happen when military aged men that live in Gaza, that aren’t in the ranks of Hamas are going to do in the event these Israel air strikes end up killing their loved ones? They’ll join Hamas, thus creating more hate. Creating more terrorists. This… is why the middle east has never known peace.
to danny, how can you forget? the jews got abducted by palestinian and held hostage for THREE months!
the gaza war is not "meaningless" it is a rescue mission.
israel is not "obeying a religious book" to attack gaza, they are SECULAR !! they are trying to search the tunnels for the hostages and to demilitarize gaza. and then leave.
every day they find more weapons and tunnels... EVEN in hospitals and mosques. surprise?
Applying my military knowledge and background to the situation, I just know that Israel should have and be handling the situation differently. They have a right to take military action. But not like this
Because it’s an f’d up situation and both sides have committed atrocities. It’s probably best for people who aren’t directly involved to take a step back. It’s not like changing your profile picture or voicing your support actually makes a tangible impact anyway.
how can you equate AIM at civilian differs from aim at war infrastructure but accidentally include civilian.
and don't forget British targeted civilian homes in 1942... nobody British got charged with war crimes.
The Levant has belonged to the Jews for millennia. They were granted it by G0d. Subsequent conquerors mean nothing. Zionists will prevail militarily and may take down Iran in the process. The argument will go nowhere. Best "Palestinian" Arabs pack their bags and find new digs. Over time, Israel will retake Lebanon and permit it to be a free Christian state.
Meanwhile I reckon both Israel and Palestine, along with everything else between Afghanistan and Egypt, should be carpet-bombed into plate glass. The whole region is a shit-hole and it would be nice to go maybe a decade without anyone trying to fight wars over it.
Also fuck Qatar in particular.
you sound like president truman dnc, but human life is valuable.

Israel has every right to defend itself. The Palestinians elected Hamas to wipe out Israel. Let them suffer the consequences.
yikes you sound like hitler LOL.
They talk about how they didn’t know they were going hurt citizens
I just can't believe how much support that are getting. Hamas wants to exterminate all Jews and everyone seems to be okay with that.
The point 👉 ⚫️
You 👉 🤡
i think it is true: "no government EVER cared about jew victims."
@strateguy632 it was clear that Obama hated Jews. Bidens policies reflect that as well.
cute wording the problem is HAMAS that is international recognized terrorist so we are "rude" to hamas.
Operation: Blessed Ramadan. Wars in the Middle East aren't like they are elsewhere.
