with Russian army bogged down in Ukraine with heavy losses, now is the time for WHICHEVER "oblasts" governmental divisions who want freedom from moscow, maybe because its resources are going out instead of its needs, to declare independence and have freedom fighters... i mean real ones, not those who "aim at unarmed civilians or abduct unarmed civilians," and merely call themselves freedom fighters, but to declare independence and if necessary fight for freedom, while russian army is weak and busy.

Russia has taken power in many many parts of Asia that are not ethnically Russian and is trying to suppress the local language and culture. The same terror as they are currently waging in Ukraine. The chance exists that that Russia might implode one day the same way the Soviet Union imploded.

That is absolutely not true and only another part of current Russian propaganda. Due to the large amount of first- and second-language Russian speakers in Ukraine a state-organized suppression etc would not even be possible.
