israel is equal to ukraine and can shut off its enemy water. treating a jew different and complaining "evil" is the evil called discrimination.

My reply addresses genocide - shutting off the water supply is just one weapon in an arsenal of ways to do so. All you are saying in a roundabout way is there are no rules of war, which makes this whole point moot.
