In the United States with rising antisemitism, do you think there is a conscious or unconscious bias towards Jewish people?

Recently President Biden launched new plan on tackling antisemitism. In the past year or several other celebraties and politicians have come out with antisemitic statements. It got me wondering is there a conscious or unconscious bias against Jewish people. There is rising antisemitism? That's news to me. It seems to me that it's been around for thousands of years.

I'm not antisemitic, but I'm anti-Israel. To be more accurate, I'm against the expansion of Israel beyond it's original borders. I'm even more against the US kissing Israel's ass when it has been nothing but trouble right from the start.

Whoever thought it was a good idea to create Israel in a place where they are completely surrounded by people who hate them needs to have their head examined. It has been nothing but trouble.

That mess has been ongoing throughout my entire life, and before that. Dozens (maybe hundreds) of wars, genocides, revolutions, civil wars, dictatorships, and the cold war have come and gone in my life. They all get resolved in one way or another. But not Israel. The mess surrounding that country has persisted when so many other conflicts are nothing but distant memories.

Israel should never have been created. That is NOT antisemitic. It's politics about the formation of nations that should never have been formed. Anyone who tries to argue that the formation of Israel hasn't been a MAJOR problem in the world for decades, just isn't dealing with reality.

I don't know or care what people like Musk or Carson are saying. But if they are saying things substantially similar to what I said, then I agree with them.

No. Most of it is because of their behaviours, not their race.

Most, you wouldn't even know they were "Jewish" unless they told you. Harry Weinstein, Jeffery Epstein and Jeffery Dahmer, certainly don't give us a good name. But most wouldn't even consider their Jewry as a reason for their crimes.

But haters will try and find anything to justify their hate.

For years, Carlson slyly wove anti-Jewish conspiracy theories into his show on Fox News – attacking billionaire philanthropist George Soros, slandering Paul Singer, and promoting white supremacist ideas like the “great replacement theory.” ADL wrote to the network on numerous occasions calling for Carlson’s ouster for the offenses listed above and much more.

• I will never understand how criticism of George Soros is anti-semitism.
• The Great Replacement Theory is based on the Liberal/Democrat attempt to grow their voter base through immigration and gain dominance in elections. This was openly discussed and written about by the left 20 years ago. Though, it's no longer working as well, because immigrants are not as liberal as liberals have become :D
  The only real difference is that for whatever reason, white supremacists believe the main purpose of it is to replace white people, as opposed to essentially creating a one-party state, which is my interpretation.

Jews have always been disliked in the US and elsewhere because of their financial practices and control of the media. There's a reason Jews have been kicked out of 100 countries. However, those things were still perceived as "stereotypes", but no Palestine has given people what they view as a legitimate to hate Jews. The funny thing is though, that the majority of anti-Semites are actually Liberals.

Musk and Carlson are not anti-Semitic. The Biden and Obama Administrations have/had lots of people who are.

There is an anti-Semitism problem in the US, but let's not overstate its extent.
