"individuals connected to the Saudi government" ? Other than getting support from the Saudi embassy and its officials there is no evidence. An embassy and its officials giving support to its citizens in a foreign land is not unheard of. You can for instance get an emergency finacial loan from a us embassy.

Its amazing you will get on your high horse over the Saudi leader or Putin having one of their citizens assassinated yet completely support Obama having a 16 year old Yemen-American citizen executed without trial or evidence of crime simply because his Muslim journalist American father happens to be living in Yemen at the time.

You've about as much evidence the Saudis sanctioned 9/11 as the US government did. Remember the Saudi government does whatever America tells them, they are a client state.

Look how easily the Obama administration reshuffled the deck in and around in regards to oil prices as OPEC was getting uppity in regards to oil prices. Russia to was interfering in US plans for Syria in regards to the oil/gas pipeline into Europe, defending their oil/gas profits which they needed to modernise the Russian military. The US flooded the market with cheap energy reducing oil/gas prices.
Who did OPEC countries turn to in 1990 after Sadam invaded Kuwait or when the the Iranian revolution happened. OPEC may be building grand cities, megaprojects, have large modern militaries and expensive cars but it's all built and brought in by the west. They own the oil but its the west pumping it out.

Obama was able to do that by setting standards for miles per gallon on cars in the upper 30s. We don’t have oil deficiencies. And in fact could cut ties with Arabia and survive. But that would mean the oil would be sold elsewhere instead of us buying it and reselling it to our friends.

He did it through fracking and renewable energy and an increase in domestically produced oil. US policy since WW2 has been to use up the natural resources of other countries while holding ours in reserve controlling the price.

What these governments say publicly differs from what they say privately. Take Pakistan a nuclear power, the US during the war on terror was bombing inside Pakistan and actually invaded Pakistan to get the guy we are told was Osama Bin Laden and all the Pakistanis did was protest. Pakistan allowed Al Quaeda to enter their borders to hide. Just like it allowed Bin Laden to reside a mile from a military base. And why we didn’t let Pakistan know Seal Teams invaded until they were on their way out with Bin Laden’s body.

i had a friend in high school that was persona non grata. he was to never return to texas! what did he do? he was speeding and outran the cop. he parked and shut off his lights. that's where he fucked up. but he wasn't ever being arrested for anything and he was leaving for chicago that month so they let him go.

turns out the dumbass, who's a very intellectual guy, shows up at our friends sister's wedding a year later. and sure enough situations happen and he's driving my car for some reason. i wake up in the passenger seat of my own car and my friend in back tells me we've been pulled over and he's getting a sobriety check.

i blacked out and don't know what happened. we must've been let go because i didn't wake up in jail.
