He was found guilty of over valuing his properties to get bigger loans. No one lost money. There literally was no victim.

@Wallythewalrus2 The victims are the residents of New York who have their tax money go to this instead of fixing real problems. The schools, and public transportation, and quality of life overall, are much worse than it was 10 years ago and I think it will be put into SuperDrive losing their tax base and the state will overspend money it doesn’t have putting it in massive amounts of debt.
