Trump has just been fined for being a naughty boy but it's a drop in the ocean to him and his base will pay his fine.

I think a better idea would be to cease Trump Towers and use it to house homeless immigrants.

No, because Donald Trump may own the building itself, but he's not its only resident and/or business in that building. Also, New York City, other sanctuary jurisdictions in this country, and the federal government via the current administration, are already treating illegal immigrants far better than they're treating people who immigrated here legally, homeless military veterans who served this country, poor people who were born here, and citizens with ongoing mental health issues. As an example, in New York City, they just started using $53 million of taxpayer dollars to issue pre-paid debit cards to illegal immigrants for groceries and baby supplies:

What? I work in New York City, so those are partly MY tax dollars taken out of MY paycheck every week! Where are all of the pre-paid debit cards for all of the other unfortunate groups I mentioned above, who were either born here, or immigrated here legally? It's a joke. 90% of real estate "moguls" for 50 years in the USA would admit they've done exactly what Trump did. That's why real estate is so fucking expensive. They gouged the value to leverage more borrowing so they could build more, inflate those prices and continue the process.

It's in one of the highest crime areas of Cape Town, but the plot comes with a legitimate business license. Instant price booster.

There's no advantage to turning Trump Tower into homeless accommodation or even a rehab centre in its entirety. The other realtors wouldn't let it happen.
