How do you deal when someone is sexist?

You mean like when women are sexist? Of course I don't like it. But like with anyone I try to gi e them the benefit of the doubt and try to understand where it comes from. Not all of it is pure hatred of men. After you've been around someone and gotten to know them you can ascertain whether thier feelings have ANY basis of legitimacy.

If I see any hypocrisy with what they're saying I call them out immediately. Otherwise I just ignore them

I usually just leave it. I'm hyper sensitive to gender dynamics and notice a lot. But really just leave it be.
