I don't think any of these people have the political savvy to accomplish half of what Biden has done, tbh. Though Buttigieg is probably the more skilled orator which counts for more than it should towards electability. Sanders and Warren are similar and would similarly get nothing accomplished because their ability to compromise is questionable. Newsom I don't really know much about. I would say the rest of the country is vastly different from California, though. However, the executive challenges are probably about the same, fiscally.
