I did buy a Trumpy Bear as a gag gift.
My buddy and I are not Trumpsters, but he had a new son born during the Trump Administration, so I bought the baby a Trumpy Bear to remind him of the wacky times that he was born into.
do you know that for a fact? Usually the genuine articles that are on the Trump website are made in USA. There ae plenty of knockoffs out there. There is a store that sells Trump merchandise that has no connection to President Trump. Some of the stuff is legit but they also sell some junky stuff too.
@exitseven Yes. The manufacturer of Trumpy Bear was asked that if it was made in China and he admitted it was true.
If I can find the video in which he admits that, I will. (That's how I found out.)
However, this website also says its made in China.

There's a new 2024 Trumpy Bear coming out!

I have to admit, I sort of wish I had gotten a Trumpy Bear myself except that I know my dogs would have slaughtered it thinking it was an enormous chew toy.
Still having a rough time finding the video, but the Henry Ford Museum also says it is made in China.

@exitseven Well, there really is no "official Trump merchandise" in the sense that Trump owns any sort of manufacturing facilities. He licenses the Trump brand to others and they make "official" Trump brand products. I believe that Trumpy Bear was likely licensed too otherwise Trump would likely sue for using his image and name without his approval. I honestly don't know though. Trumpy Bear was advertised heavily on Fox (of course - that's where the market is) and Trump was an avid Fox viewer so he had to have been aware of Trumpy Bear.
@exitseven Yeah, that's smart.
All I hear about is how bad the economy is, everyone’s supposedly broke…. but we’re out here buying $400 sneakers? My goodness…🤦♂️😂
Wonder how many of the same folks are non-tradesmen still using an F-150 as their daily driver and complaining about the cost of gas. Americans need a serious recalibration of our priorities, lmfao
Hehehehe first world problems or the American dream. Big cars and big houses…I heard that some pay $500 to $1000 monthly for their car loans…many are not able to pay.
When people complain they have no money and that the economy is so bad, those who buy these and other items to support Trump should look at where their money is going. That’s why they’re broke. It’s unbelievably stupid.
They look like something you get at TKmax in the reduced to clear isle.
TK in the UK but the logos the same.

Apparently, they were not even produced. Just another Trump grift scheme for gullible MAGA redhatters.
https://www.youtube.com/embed/7QpT9vAdfT8those things are ugly as heck, no. how could they be sold so cheap... dumb! clearly not something he was very involved with.
But honey… they look so cool!! I want a pair!! 😂
No but they look bad ass but what we need is a gold suit to go along with it lol what kind of shoes are they? Are they athletic or they like the old keds sneakers
Are you serious? People actually bought them? It couldn't possibly be a way to get around campaign financing laws, could it?
Of course they bought them, its a collectors item that will likely go up in value or at least hold value. But you are absolutely right on the campaign finance bypass. Even if its not related to campaign spending he'd be making money he is then able to also offset with funding for the campaign.
I would except Bidenflation has fukked up my budget.
I bought the maximum 10... then did a chargeback, to add extra costs to his "campaign".
Petty, I know, but the more rocks you throw before a devil, the bigger the possibility of it stumbling and falling.
I wish he had made some Made In USA running shoes. I would have bought a pair
@exitseven
What else did you expect?
You didn’t actually believe that Trump would keep the manufacturing of his products in the more expensive US, did you?
It’s like you don’t even know the guy you so wholly support.
@exitseven
Oh? What did you mean when you posted “I wish he had made some Made In USA?”
Were you guessing?
Probably a safe assumption tbh.
@RainbowMarinade no , if you go to the official Trump website all the merchandise sold there Is made in USA. The sneakers are not listed there. The sneakers are made by a 3rd party company. According to their website they are "not designed, manufactured, distributed or sold by Donald J. Trump"
@exitseven
Would you be shocked if you found out the owner of that 3rd party company was named John Barron?
I wouldn’t 🤣😂
@exitseven
LoL
Nobody you’d know about.
I was actually thinking of buying them. They will be worth a lot in the future.
No, I mean I like the colour but not the style or association
Somehow, i missed that sale!
I'm not voting for Biden, but hell no I'm not wearing those silly fucking things
I would rather go barefoot than buy or wear that stuff.
Cults gonna cult, I guess..
I was interested until I saw the price tag.
I wonder if they're comfortable...
Nooo I don't like those shoes.
I did not ever buy that overpriced stuff.
I wouldn't waste my money.
Wtf is that 💀
Nope xD
