For any slightly larger texts: Not formatting at all. You know when someone writes pages worth of text in one long, continous, elongated, never-ending, everlasting, perpetual paragraph? Yeah. That annoys me.

Second, paragraph too, it also very much annoys me when people have very ambigous statements and you have to guess what they mean. This is especially bad when the key statement was a double-negative. While you know which is technically the answer they just told you, you also know that most people mean the other option. Very annoying.

Random abbreviation instead of typing the whole sentence bugs me. How words are pronounced in one country or even one part of the country can make it a very different meaning to what was intended.

I understand I'm something of a dinosaur as a Gen-X man. I just find it amusing that it's my generation that now determines whether the "emoji" generation coming through gets the high-paying positions. Most of my friends and colleagues won't employ someone who has no grasp of business etiquette and basic grammar in a top post.

I hate that my fingers often hit the wrong keys on my phones tiny keyboard. I have to go back over it to check it, but even then autocorrection sometimes thinks you're using a different word and substitutes it after it's to late to change
