This is going to sound weird but maybe not if it's done in a way far beyond my human limitations.
I don't want to play God. I have no idea what the consequences will be. There might be all sorts of side effects I couldn't anticipate even if my intentions were very noble, like ending world hunger.
I've long made peace with the nature of the world, including its cruelties, unfairness, disasters, war, famine. I still suffer when I see other people suffer and if they're nearby, I'll try to alleviate their suffering in whatever modest way I can.
Yet the mental work I did for myself to make peace with the nature of the world as it is has me no longer eager to change it beyond my modest means as just one human being.

  I've come to adopt the idea that things will play out as intended. I have no religious faith of my own but I place a sort of "design" view on the universe. However bad some outcome is, it is "as designed". I don't want to tamper with this design.

Oh easy. Remove contraceptives and have people compulsively share their the truth regardless of what it is. Would be so funny seeing a western woman try and lie about who the dad is of her baby when she keeps revealing the truth and then trying to lie only too reveal the truth again.

  no just the reality that if contraceptives were removed women and men would be in healthy relationships which is positives across the board. the second bit is because women keep admitting and being proven that they lied about the paternity so might as well add that as a just in case
