It's blatantly obvious that is their intention. They've been doing it for years. Basically it started when Trump left the Democratic Party and went over to the Republicans. The Dems never forgave him for it. Trump has always been an asshole. The Dems overlooked it when he was a Dem. But as soon as he put the R next to his name, suddenly they think he is evil.
