How quick is the warrant for removal granted?

Neighbor from hell has been given a notice to quit March 1, 2024. She's still here despite her lease being terminated. Management has to get a warrant for removal from the courts. Wondering how long it generally takes for the approval? I live in New Jersey.

It takes less 30 days to get a court order. Then you have to put a note on her door the courts don’t care if she’s working or not working if you get a court order though the court it gives her the 30 day notice.
