This video is but a sliver of the Senate hearing involving the special counsel appointed to investigate Biden and the classified documents in his possession. I encourage anyone interested, to go and check out more of the videos. I could have posted more, but no one would watch them. I'll just throw out some bullet points, and then explain my thoughts.
*Biden stored classified documents in seven locations in three states.
*Biden's attorney general, Merrick Garland, appointed a special counsel/prosecutor to investigate Biden's handling of the classified documents. (Robert Hur)
*A publishing company paid Biden an advance of $8,000,000 for a book deal.
*Biden hired a ghost writer to write the book.
*The special counsel stated that Biden's motivation of having all of these documents, was for the book.
*Biden gave the ghost writer without the proper security clearance, access to the classified documents.
*The special counsel determined that Biden broke the law many times.
*The special counsel does NOT want Biden prosecuted, because of his advanced mental decline
What does all of this mean? Should Biden avoid prosecution by agreeing to his mental decline? Or should he disagree with his mental decline and go on trial?

If you actually go down this rabbit hole, there is no way that this investigation happened the way it did, or Hur's testimony gets published with the wording it had without the full knowledge of Garland, who is himself an Obama machine stooge who can't think for himself. This is very much a Democrat orchestrated scheme to damage Joe for unknown specified reasons. My best guess is to get him out of the way before the corruption scandals expose more people involved, most notably Obama and the various profiteers who exploited the chaos sewn since the GWOT started for personal gain.
Fucking brilliant! None of this made sense to me. Why would Garland send his dog after Biden? Because they want him gone, but not in prison. After all, Joey was a damn good puppet.

In my opinion, the Democrats have a major problem on their hands regardless because they never found a suitable replacement with an above water approval rating, they can't get rid of Kamala Harris, and since their primary is both over and doesn't actually matter anyway, their only shot at replacing him is at the DNC itself at the last minute - which again, they don't have any known, good options. The other possibility is that they are intentionally torpedoing Biden and cutting their losses before more damage can be done. This wouldn't normally be a consideration, but if you go back to I think the first primary vote this year, Trump has been saying things to the effect of 'I won't have time for revenge, our revenge will be success," which in retrospect could indicate a deal made behind closed doors to basically sacrifice Joe and Co in exchange for not pushing any deeper after the election. Furthermore, it's a known fact that Obama does not like Joe at all, wouldn't endorse him until the last minute before, and actively tried to prop up anyone but him and Bernie to be the nominee in 2020.

2. I read Trump's book: "Art of the Deal." I have a fear of spiders and Trump has a fear of losing. In November it will be my third time voting for the Don. If he doesn't seek revenge, I will lose some respect for him. I just hope that he fires all the losers on camera.
No. The investigator was exposed as a partisan far right republican trying to write a campaign ad where an investigative report was supposed to go. If anything it just underscored what the entire DOJ will look like if Trump gets a second term.

Well, Merrick Garland must at least want to get rid of Biden. He hired that Trump spy to help him get rid of him.
I doubt it. I think he's just a timid man who is only concerned with eliminating all risks of failure. Of course I haven't met the guy but my suspicion is he appointed Hur specifically because he was a Trump appointee and in choosing him can't really be said to have biased the investigation in favor of Biden.
I also think he was fully prepared to let Trump off the hook. But because it is DOJ policy to appoint a special prosecutor for presidential candidates when Trump announced his candidacy Garland was 100% relieved to push all prosecuting decisions onto someone else. It is ironic that Trump is only running to avoid prison and yet announcing his run took his prosecution out of the hands of the guy who was content with doing nothing and into the hands of someone who seems to be taking the job a little more seriously.
Now the whole world knows that Biden’s elevator doesn’t go to the top floor.
