Go on YouTube and watch a video of Jacques fresco. He was a visionary, an inventor, and an engineer. He wanted to replace all of Congress with artificial intelligence. The only profit motivation is you getting back on your feet to pay taxes. The private insurance profit motivating is you paying for the whole of your life on insurance and rejecting you in your moment of need just to die.

If the Russians and CCP offer better services for a cheaper price than the US why shouldn't people choose them? That's the point of the free market
