That's simply not True. Kennedy is in this to get himself elected. Kennedy wouldn't even be running as an Independent had the DNC not kept changing the Primary rules to protect Biden, who over half of Democrats don't want.

In case you are naive instead of a liar I'll go ahead and explain it: He is far right and so should have run as a republican if he was serious about getting elected. He is putting on the appearance of moderating and getting only media with a cetner/left audience to wave his name around, while not doing that for any media with a right wing audience. If you were paid to come up with a strategy to help Trump get elected, this would be a basic option, step by step, that you would come up with or you would be considered "very bad at this". And right wing think tanks like heritage, PragerU, Federalist society, etc.. , who are indeed paid to come up with ways to help trump get elected and (coincidentally I am sure) are the ones offering RFK financial backing.. they are very good at this.
