Yeah. Some days it's less than others. But I'm generally apathetic I'd say. Not because I'm evil or anything. But because I'm cynical & the world in my opinion can be highly predictable. I often find myself saying in my head "sounds about human" or "this doesn't surprise me" when hearing about many misfortunes.

when I was in deep depression and that happened in my childhood, my early 20s and a few years ago.

the best way to deal with that is ask a specialist for help.

Yes there are times when I could care less about what is going on around me. It's sickening and depressing to think about what a screwed up world we are living in

I stopped paying attention because most of the world are idiots, and I'm not trying to mind the business of idiots

No. But there reaches a point where you're an adult and your life has more depth so you can't worry about whatever one else in the world is doing.

It's more that I decided who and what in the world was important to me. Much of it is inconsequential.
