How do you deal with the fact that everyone is so bad?

Are you projecting, ie cause you feel bad about yourself do you feel everyone else is bad?

Also, is this about boundarying and hanging out with better people? Work colleagues a bunch of twats? Change your line of work to be more aligned with your values, the people often improve.

Boundarying. You've got to keep bad people out of your life by making the right choices and saying no. You have to be willing to be alone at times, which is different from loneliness.

Consumption of media. Everything is bad in the media. The news is a shitshow. As is what is on the internet. Turn it off. Focus on good things. Get out of the concrete jungle. Do some gardening. Go for walks in nature. Read a book.

I recommend Ralph Smart videos on youtube for positive motivation.

We can't change other people directly. But we can change ourselves. If we are not willing to do the work on ourselves, then we can't expect other people to, either.

first change yourself to be less judgmental... and less negative, if you had bad experiences with people, just be careful who you spend time with, and in public places.

a few are nice, be nice and birds of a feather flock together.
