Stealing is what it is all about right now... think about it... so much is theft in the liberal view, that is how they govern, confiscate and redistribute be it by not enforcing laws, releasing criminals, enabling others to invade, inflation, "you don't ahve to pay your college loans", and in essence... wars... to name a few categories. They had to come up with a way to spend trillions to keep the facade going and they did so and they won't apologize for it and will keep doing so.

Biden doesn't pass tax laws, Congress does. Are you talking about personal taxes?
Remember the tax laws passed when the Repubs had control of both houses and the Presidency that gave permanent breaks to the wealthiest 3%, and temporary breaks to us peons? Remember those - the ones added $800 million to the national debt and were projected to add another trillion over 8 years - yeah, well those have expired. That's why your 2023 taxes went up, and so will your 2024 taxes, because the House won't reverse it as long as they control it.

If you're talking about where your tax dollars go for programs and foreign aid, that's also passed by Congress. The only thing Biden or any President can do about Congressional spending is veto laws that come to their desk. You have a beef with where your tax dollars are going, contact your Congressional members in the House and Senate.
