It depends on how much of a dick you are. The most offensive thing to me is a stupid, cocky person. But I won't block you unless you are utterly impossible to reason with and you completely ignore my arguments.

Have to say that I don't.

First, I work in politics and have been accused of many rather insulting things by those who disagree with me. I take such things in stride. To be sure, sometimes the blood pressure goes up a bit, but overall you just soldier on.

Secondly, if I had any doubt, some of the discussions and things I have been called on this site - most recently "dickhead" - would prove my point. I simply respond and move on to the next question.

This is, by far, my favorite website - and I say this as a VERY non-tech guy - and I keep coming back to it. You get some interesting discussions and debates and that more than compensates for any offense I might take at being called, among other things, a "dickhead."

Not really. I got enough grasp over my emotions that I almost exclusively get offended if and when I choose to do so myself. I am perfectly capable of just mentally disconnecting with anything that would otherwise offend me. I do however "let" things offend me, or otherwise "force" myself to become offended over things as a way to express some pent up emotions or similar. I find it to be a fairly healthy coping mechanism if its done on my terms and within the limits I set for myself.

No, I like to think that I have a lot more patience than most people. I know that getting upset or offended easily won’t get me anywhere and is unnecessarily tiring/takes too much energy. I try to understand people and where they are coming from. And for the dumb, ignorant, or assholes, well it’s their fault for being like that and not my problem. I may judge them but I won’t use up my energy to get upset at them.

Also, maybe I’m just an unbothered queen.

Not usually. However, if I’m already having a particularly bad day/few days, I’m extra sensitive to stuff that I’m not usually sensitive about.

It also depends on who you ask. The people I care about will tell you no, I’m not sensitive. However, if you ask some douchebag that knows me if I’m sensitive, he might say yes because I’ve went off on him a few times for being rude (I’ve told many douchebags off).
