I have decided that its best on GAG not to comment on "how do I look questions" and Trump questions generally. But I am VERY happy I am Canadian.
I wouldn't want to be from Canada to be honest... I heard you can decide to die and no one can stop you and they'll set you up with a death date.
Oversimplification... but medically assisted death is legal here. Very controlled and regulated. The goal is to choose die with dignity and minimize suffering when faced with untreatable fatal conditions.
Some girl just decided she had no purpose and waned to die and her death date if I recall corrected was set for the month we are currently in... Nothing wrong with her otherwise she just felt she had no purpose. You're alright with that? Than maybe you are meant for Canada

I remember watching it on a timcast episode on YouTube where he pulled up the article certified by newsguard and discussed it to his viewers I can't remember the source and there are so many videos it's difficult to find that specific one. I found other articles regarding people who don't want to die but are being set up for death in Canada like this disabled woman and other Canadian patients who are saying they're being coaxed into euthanasia
Youtube eh? Hmmmm. The other sources seem a little vague. Sorry but I remain very doubtful of the accuracy. I live here and have never heard of any such incident. I am pretty sure if something like that happened it would be front page news. I have many friends in the Healthcare system and they have never mentioned something similar. There was a move to allow Medically Assisted death for certain cases of mental illness but it never passed in Parliament.
Why would they want it to be front page news if it were true? 🤣 oh yeah everyone gonna be on board with this we should put it smack dab on the front page! No one will protest this!

Because forcing someone to kill themselves is murder. Generally that is newsworthy. Well it is in Canada anyway. But then again I do tend to avoid Youtube , Facebook, or Social Media for my news. Call me silly but I try to find sources which follow journalistic ethics. But once a person has fallen down the "conspiacy" hole it can be very tough to climb out.
The guy I watch, timcast, was once a field reporter and was present during occupy Wallstreet and hated the news companies he worked for so he started his own. He knows how journalism works. Just because he is on YouTube and isn't working for some bought and paid for company telling people what to print and talk about doesn't mean what he is talking about isn't true. Man I'm glad you're not an American
And you're right generally that is news worthy but I doubt a murderer would kill someone and immediately tell everyone
