I don't vote and I'm not registered to. Everyone says each individual vote matters and you should vote, because 1 vote could make a difference, ya I agree for mabye a small election with few voters for something local I doubt that. The more voters you have the less chance of a tie or a chance of a single vote win. Name 1 time in history a big election in any country was won by a single vote, It never happened, and if it did it would be a 1 in probably a trillion chance. Sure your vote matter's because without voters there would be no elections but the more the voters the less weight each vote carrys. And quite honestly the united states government and the most recent president's that have been in office are a complete joke, the united states is no longer the land of the free, it's a rich persons playground, paid for by the poor who are oppressed by todays government with unfair laws.
Johnson. Clinton's whole campaign basically boiled down to "I should be the next president because it's my turn", and I thought of Trump basically as a joke. Even during the election, as state after state went for him, I kept reassuring one panicking guy at my table "Relax; he's not going to win".
I'll admit I was wrong on that one, but I remember thinking that the one upside would be that the Animaniacs Presidents song would be correct again; just skipping a few.
I didn’t vote in 2016. I remember I was devastated about Bernie and absolutely despised Hillary 😅
I didn’t take Trump as a serious candidate either. It was an interesting year. The debates felt like I was watching skits on madTV.
was too young to vote but i followed the election, and really really wanted hillary and was super mad when trump won. i was like super doomery for 5 days after the fact. ironically almost voted for trump in 2020 lol

Not a citizen of US but I don't vote and my answer wouldn't change at any point or country so always didn't vote.
I haven't seen a single time where the appointed one to be voted in has been a good option. It's like south park say's Giant Douche vs Turd Sandwich.
I voted for President Trump/ I was not a big fan and was concerned how he would be president and run a multi billion dollar company. Hillery was much worse and just seemed would continue all the failed policies of the Obama administration. Besides, Trump talked about things that I agreed with , bring manufacturing back, impose tariffs, secure the border and make better trade deals. I thought that even if he only did one or two things it would be better than Hiillery.
Clinton. I didn't like her but knew Trump to be incompetent. Had I known just how incompetent he was I would have volunteered for the Hillary campaign every weekend.
Best four years of our country but somehow he’s incompetent
They were possible the worst four years, by every metric. What made them "great" to people such as yourself is having an actual leader tell you all the fake grievances you've been brain washed with by right wing media wasn't brainwashing or fake at all. The problem is that's the only thing he did competently, and it's not actually worth anything to people who prefer to acknowledge reality.
…. Says the guy who doesn’t live in reality
But that’s literally all you do. Assert to others what applies to you triple. I can’t help that you don’t see your own mistakes
No, it's you. And just saying "I know you are but what am i" ad nauseum isn't going to repair any of your brain damage. You have to actually accept reality first. I can't force you to do that, and I shouldn't have to - you should want your fantasies to be backed by real life without my urging.
Buddy you can’t argue with someone who lives in a fantasy world. They will drive you insane.
I did not vote in 2016 but if I did I would have voted for Trump. At the time I knew nothing about politics and didn't care much for politics until after I was falsely accused in college.
I think I voted for Austin Peterson (it was whomever was running as a libertarian; but as a write in candidate). I agreed with him the most on politics. Johnson didn't seem like a real libertarian; just a Rhino trying to win by taking over the libertarian parties ballot access.
I voted for Trump in 2016 because I knew Clinton's reputation for being wishy washy.
I am voting for him again this year. I do not particularly like him, but Biden had already done too much damage to this country.
One of the nice things about the US is that we have a secret ballot. I voted in 2016, using one of those secret ballots.
Trump. Maybe twice if I got a mail-in ballot.
I voted for Hillary because I was blinded and lost back then. I really believed that the democrats were the party of minorities and boy was I wrong
I believe I voted for Gary Johnson that year.
Well I value smarts- and Clinton was infinitely smarter. Trump is a dumb shit who wrecked the country.
Quelle surprise.
I didn't vote. Couldn't stand either of them. Still can't.
Trump
Cause Clinton is a Btch
Trump because I hated everything Clinton stood for
No one. My candidate dropped out
I voted for Gary Johnson in 2016
